It installs from the Shopify ecosystem in one click, connects your channels with OAuth, and then acts on your store directly: reading orders and products, tagging and cancelling orders, editing addresses, and answering customers with live data. What the integration actually does
Plenty of tools "integrate with Shopify" in the sense of receiving a webhook. ReplAi works at the action level:
- Reads your catalog, so product questions ("do you have this in large?", "how much is shipping to Alexandria?") get answered with real availability and prices.
- Reads orders and their status, so "where is my order?" gets a real answer, not a canned deflection.
- Writes to orders: confirming, tagging, cancelling, and updating addresses or line items from inside the customer conversation.
- Triggers on store events: new orders fire confirmations; abandoned checkouts fire recovery messages.
Channels it connects
