Our story
We started ReplAi after watching Egyptian merchants lose sales every day — not because their products were bad, but because they couldn't reply fast enough.
What was already on the market was either generic chatbots or expensive enterprise tools built for Western buyers. Nothing really understood MENA commerce: COD workflows, local logistics, Arabic dialect.
So we built ReplAi. It's an AI agent that plugs into your Shopify store, your delivery provider, and your messaging channels, and runs the whole conversation.
