ReplAi
Which languages does ReplAi support?
Direct answer
Arabic (including Egyptian and Gulf dialects), Franco-Arabic (Arabic typed in Latin letters with numerals), and English, with mixed-language messages and Arabic voice notes understood too. ReplAi replies in the customer's own language and style, so a Franco question gets a Franco answer, not formal Arabic.
What language support actually means here
- Dialect Arabic, not just Modern Standard. Customers write the way they speak. ReplAi understands Egyptian and Gulf dialect vocabulary and answers naturally in it, instead of replying like a news broadcast.
- Franco-Arabic as a first-class language. "3ayza el order yewsal bokra" is parsed as easily as its Arabic-script equivalent. A large share of younger customers type this way by default.
- Code-switching. Messages that flip between Arabic and English mid-sentence are normal in the region, and the reply follows the customer's lead.
- Voice notes. Arabic voice notes get transcribed and understood, so the customers who never type still get instant answers.
Why matching style matters commercially
Customers trust stores that sound like them. A dialect question answered in stiff formal Arabic (or worse, English boilerplate) signals "bot" instantly, and the customer asks for a human or leaves. Style matching is a large part of why ReplAi sustains roughly 80% automation: conversations do not collapse into escalations at the first message.
For your team
